Tor Goat’s Cheese (200g)

Fresh unpasteurised Goat’s cheese is made into a pyramid shape with a charcoal dusting for the rind. To start it's not too 'goaty', but very rich, unique and wonderfully creamy. As it ages the charcoal rind matures and becomes stronger, liquifying the cheese beneath. The rind itself is quite spicy! (Goats Milk, Unpasteurised, Vegetarian)

Baron Bigod (250g whole)

The only true British answer to the raw milk Brie De Meaux, A creamy, white bloomy rind cheese handmade on Fen Farm in Suffolk.  It has a lovely layer of fudge texture in the middle surrounded by a melted brie on both side and then a wonderful textured rind. Tuxford & Tebutt Stilton (2kg)

An undeniable Stilton that’s a hugely popular addition to the cheese board. A rich and creamy blue, made in the village of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire since 1780 and is one of the best remaining Stiltons (Cows Milk, Pasteurised, Vegetarian)

Montgomery Cheddar (6kg)
