A beautiful Cheese Tower suitable for any occasion (serves approx 110 people) including: 

Tor Goat’s Cheese (200g)

Fresh unpasteurised Goat’s cheese is made into a pyramid shape with a charcoal dusting for the rind. To start it's not too 'goaty', but very rich, unique and wonderfully creamy. As it ages the charcoal rind matures and becomes stronger, liquifying the cheese beneath. The rind itself is quite spicy!

Tuxford & Tebutt Stilton (2kg)

An undeniable Stilton that’s a hugely popular addition to the cheese board. A rich and creamy blue, made in the village of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire since 1780 and is one of the best remaining Stilton's!

Somerset Brie (1kg)

A lovely mild brie with a soft, fresh taste and creamy texture. This mild British Brie is made at Cricket St Thomas by Lubborn Cheese. It’s a pasteurised vegetarian cheese with a soft white rind, which is delicately mushroomy.

Montgomery Cheddar (6kg)

Montgomery’s Mature Cheddar is the epitome of traditional, handmade, unpasteurised Somerset Cheddar. Matured for 12 months, it has deep, rich nutty flavour and is one our of most popular Cheddars!
