We all know Montgomery Mature Cheddar is one of the very best of the cheddars available on the market. It's delicious, rich brothy and crystalline. Nothing compares to the taste when it's first cut into from the cloth, and nothing keeps the cheese tasty like the original cloth it came from. 

These 2kg portions are limited edition. They will be available from November but you can reserve yours now and we will ask you when you want it delivered upon purchase. Unopened these will be good until February 2023 or can be further matured if kept in the right conditions. At 2kg it is suitable for a 20 person event or of course anybody can benefit from having 2kg of good quality wrapped cheddar in your larder. And makes for an amazing gift.
