This Preserved Truffle Selection gift set contains three luxurious preserved black truffle products; Minced Black Truffle (50g), Black Truffle Slices (50g), and Black Truffle Sauce (Tartufata) (50g). Slice & preserve the fresh truffles at the peak of the season, when they are at their most flavourful allowing you to enjoy the incredible taste of truffle at any time of year.
Minced Black Truffle: Made from the highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum), preserved in olive oil the truffle is firm to the bite, followed by a rich & earthy truffle flavour.
Black Truffle Slices: Using the highest quality truffles shaved into 2mm thick slices. These slices are then soaked in a salt brine to enhance their natural flavour, before being preserved in olive oil.

Black Truffle Sauce: It is a unique recipe made with coarsely chopped black olives & mushrooms, expertly infused with the highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum) giving an aromatic intense truffle and mushroom flavour with a backnote of black olives.
