Rustic production moved to the new Sharpham Dairy in 2003 and has become one of the most popular cheeses in the region. Crumbly texture, golden colour and a delicate, slightly citrus flavour. Urban myths speak of the day when the cows ate wild garlic conceiving the idea for this Sharpham favourite. However it came about, the richness of the cheese compliments the savoury herbs.
