It is a strong cheese with character but can balance the flavour of whisky with the flavour of a mature Cheddar cheese like this one. In fact, whisky stands out as warm, soft and complementary notes.

A must try!

A lovely punchy cheese but good for people who aren't too fond of big flavours. If I didnt buy this at Christmas every year there would be an uproar!
