An outstanding cheese. Beenleigh Blue is created at Ticklemore Dairy in Devon. A delicately blue sheep’s milk cheese with a lemony sweetness and moist, crumbly texture that belies its Roquefort-inspired recipe. The milk comes from Tom and Helen Garland at Burton Dairy Farm, whose sheep graze outside by day and where possible have fresh grass in their barns.

Beenleigh Blue shines a light

Delicious as ever we had a number of cheeses this always is a stand out for us every time. A sheep cheese that shines through just plain yum 😋

Blue Cheese Heaven

My wife is lactose intolerant, but is able to eat cheese made from Ewes milk. She has really missed eating blue cheese, Beenleigh Blue made her Christmas! Thank you!
