A smooth and well-rounded alpine like cheese. A bit like a parmesan on the nose and a Comte on the finish, with a delicious smooth nuttiness.  Very hard, a little crunchy, golden and so very good! One of our favourites!! What a wonderful cheese.

It’s the perfect Yarg, with that special aftertaste and consistency that makes it very unique. All our guests love a slice of it in the morning with their breakfast, appreciating our local produce and delicious dairy.
