Cornish Yarg
A nettle wrapped semi hard cheese made from grass rich Cornish milk. Mild with a slight tang but, once matured, the Yarg is lemony and creamy under it's rind with an irresistibly crumbly core. Fun fact: this cheese was named after Alan and Jenny Gray, who found the 1615 recipe in their attic ... the original recipe is thought to date back to the 13th century! It consistently wins top international awards.

If you are happy to come and collect from our shop in Wimbledon, pick up is available Tuesday-Sunday 1:15pm-7pm. Please email in advance to ensure we have your stock on the date of pickup.
