Official Farmhouse British Stilton, Blue Cheese with a Hard Texture but Moreish Creamy Flavour. 

We only use grade 1 stilton at the Local Cheese Cave so all flavour and no bitterness.

After nearly three weeks it’s still going strong and tastes stronger by the day!

Poor packaging did not support the cheese.
The crust was' damp' and l thought the cheese was over salted. This overpowered the creaminess and blue tang.
I would like to have received the cheese wrapped in wood wool rather than foiled plastics.
I am sure temperature changes during delivery did not aid the overall quality of my cheese.
