Named after the family that contributed so much to the area, Elmhirst is pure dairy opulence. Similar to a Vignotte, double cream is added to our Jersey milk making mould ripened triple cream cheese that is rich and mousse like when young (2-3 weeks old), developing into a full bodied, decadent and gooey experience when ripe (4-6 weeks). (Thermised and Vegetarian)

Creamy and Decadent

I love this cheese when it's young, when it's ripe it's very strong, but when it's young it's like a delicious creamy piece of heaven.

    If you are happy to come and collect from our shop in Wimbledon, pick up is available Tuesday-Sunday 1:15pm-7pm. Please email in advance to ensure we have your stock on the date of pickup.
