Garlic Yarg
A Garlic leaf wrapped semi hard cheese made from grass rich Cornish milk. Mild with a slight tang but, once matured, the Yarg is lemony and creamy with a delicious garlic infusion under it's rind with an irresistibly crumbly core. Fun fact: this cheese was named after Alan and Jenny Gray, who found the 1615 cornihs yarg recipe in their attic ... the original recipe is thought to date back to the 13th century!
We think this is even better than the cornish yarg!
