Montgomery’s Mature Cheddar is the epitome of traditional, handmade, unpasteurised Somerset Cheddar, matured for 12 months wrapped in muslin cloth on wooden shelves and has deep, rich nutty flavours. (Unpasteurised and Animal Rennet)
