Size

Soft cows milk cheese washed in honey mead to give a tangy pungent rind. It’s a bit like an English ‘Époisses’ named after the Isis part of the river Thames in Oxford. Pair with a sweet white wine or fruit. It’s become a bit of a fan favourite for those who like smellier cheeses. This one isn’t too smelly, it would become more smelly the longer you leave it!
