The fresh truffles are minced & preserve at the peak of the season when they are at their most flavourful. Black Summer Truffles (Tuber aestivum) are usually only available from June to August. However, the preservation process extends the life of the truffle by as much as 18 months, allowing you to enjoy the incredible taste of the truffle at any time of year.
The minced truffles are firm to the bite, followed by a rich & earthy truffle flavour.
The minced truffles straight from the jar to add depth to any dish. It is recommended to blend into risotto, stirring into gravy, or garnishing meat.

If you are happy to come and collect from our shop in Wimbledon, pick up is available Tuesday-Sunday 1:15pm-7pm. Please email in advance to ensure we have your stock on the date of pickup.
