Cuatro De Mayo! Mezcal and cocktail making party 4th May

Are you ready for a Cinco de Mayo to remember! Well actually we decided to make the celebration on the 4th, on Sunday, because it’s Bank Holiday Weekend!

What can you expect?

Did you know there is so much more to Mezcal! Mezcal has its origin 3,000 years ago with the Aztecs, and there are distinctively different varieties, flavour profiles and a rich and interesting history. So why not hear from the experts at the Local Cheese Cave’s ‘Cuatro’ De Mayo party!

Celebrations start at 2pm on Sunday the 4th May, you will receive

A Tequila Sunrise on arrival to sip and enjoy
From 2:30 you will be transported on a mezcal adventure and taste your way through 5 different styles and flavours of unique and interesting Mezcal spirits.

You will learn the history and stories of the various spirits while being led though the tasting by expert Matt Birch.
Go on a cocktail adventure and learn mixology of 3 delicious cocktails.

Some lovely of Cinco de Mayo games to enjoy including Limbo, Pin the cheese on the cheeseboard, a mezcally quiz and whey more.

Hot Mexican food available to purchase at 4pm.
