Truffle brie

Hello

We have had two deliveries of Truffle Brie and the cheese was different on each occasion. We preferred the first one delivered on 27 July as this was creamier and the mascarpone was fluffier and milder. The second one delivered on 12 August was stronger - nice but not as good as the first one. Can we have more of the first one please.
