Truffle, Honey and Rum Brie

There's a lot going on in this brie ... but it works! You won't find this anywhere else- as we make this one fresh in-house. What's great about this one, is the contrast between sweet and savoury in its creamy centre thanks to the truffle honey. The rum then get's to work cutting straight through the cheese for the aftertaste with a sudden fresh and clean flavour, that leaves us with a slight warm buzz.

Please note that Truffle, Honey rum Brie contains mascarpone, and therefore this product will have approximately a four-day shelf life from the delivery date.
